What Are Pharaoh Ants?

Pharaoh ants are small ants—about 1/16 of an inch in length. They are light yellow to red in color, with black markings on their abdomen. Their tiny stature allows them access to many places, both inside and outside your home. They are found throughout the United States and are considered one of the most, if not the most, difficult pests to control indoors. 

Are Pharaoh Ants Dangerous? 

Pharaoh ants are a non-native ant species that have traveled to the United States from Madagascar.
